In any event, the state court judge\u2019s warrant was relied on in good faith. United States v. Wallace, 2025 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 177650 (S.D. Ind. Sep. 11, 2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There was probable cause for the search of defendant\u2019s car. He was stopped for suspicion of DUI, and he had a prior. He also talked about his drug history.
