The claim that evidence was fabricated fails. \u201cBut a claim based on the alleged fabrication of evidence poses a \u2018high bar to clear\u2019: Mack must prove not only that Clausell&#8217;s identification as described in the officers&#8217; reports was false, but also that the officers \u2018manufactured\u2019 it.\u201d Mack v. Aug. 13, 2025).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whether the officer touching the windshield as he peered through it for a plain view was a Fourth Amendment trespass wasn\u2019t clearly presented below so it\u2019s not appealable.
