United States v. Pool, 2025 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 138465 (N.D. Ohio July 21, 2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There was probable cause for plaintiff\u2019s arrest despite the fact the state dismissed the case. A Tenth Circuit case that the police should have viewed a video before the arrest is only dictum. Also, \u201cAlberty&#8217;s brief gives no more than perfunctory treatment to a claim of unreasonable search and seizure.
