App. \u2013 Austin June 27, 2025).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendant\u2019s Terry stop was \u201cintrusive and aggressive,\u201d but the officer had reasonable suspicion defendant was a felon in possession when confronted in a bodega. June 26, 2025).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The omissions from the affidavit don\u2019t do anything to undermine the probable cause so a Franks hearing was properly denied. United States v.
