Because these warrants don\u2019t begin with an identifiable suspect, they have been said to \u201c\u2018work in reverse\u2019 from traditional search warrants.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The validity of geofence warrants is now at the center of a federal circuit court split.
