App. LEXIS 297 (May 7, 2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the oral argument on the objections to the R&amp;R [which almost never happens] defendant challenged the lack of probable cause but without factual or legal argument, and conceded the good faith exception should apply.
