State<\/a>, 312 Ga. App. 266, 718 S.E.2d 14 (2011).*<\/p>\n<p>As defendant got out of this car during a traffic stop, the officer could smell marijuana on him, and that gave probable cause to search his car. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lacoa2.org\/Opinions%20PDF\/46563KA.pdf\">State v. Delvalle<\/a>, 73 So. 3d 1026 (La.
