Mar. 11, 2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u2018The dispositive question is \u201cwhether the violative nature of particular conduct is clearly established.\u201d\u2019 Id. (quoting al-Kidd, 563 U.S. at 742). \u2018Such specificity is especially important in the Fourth Amendment context[.]\u2019 Id.\u201d The use of deadly force here was covered by qualified immunity.
