United States v. Truett, 2025 U.S. App. LEXIS 4764 (6th Cir. Feb. 27, 2025).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The district court saw the video of the stop and heard the officers\u2019 testimony which it credited. That gets deference on appeal. United States v. Hunter, 2025 U.S. App. LEXIS 4743 (6th Cir. Feb. 26, 2025).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite the video not being completely clear, the district court found probable cause for his arrest and detention for his suspicion of carrying a gun.
