The police dog sniff while it was parked was not unreasonable. LEXIS 101 (Sep. 19, 2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMr. Tapia was arrested and searched based on a brief interaction with a known drug user in a known drug area. The observing officer admitted that he was not able to hear what Ms. Rivera said to Mr. Tapia and did not see an object or money being exchanged by either of them. Their behavior, viewed in totality, was at best equivocal and susceptible of an innocent interpretation, and therefore could not form the basis for reasonable suspicion to believe that defendant had engaged in a crime.\u201d People v.
