Pew<\/a>, 2024 U.S. App. LEXIS 23463 (9th Cir. Sep. 16, 2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The dash cam shows that defendant\u2019s motorcycle\u2019s license plate was missing justifying the stop. United States v. Goodman, 2024 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 167374 (E.D. Tenn. Aug. 28, 2024),* adopted, 2024 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 166784 (E.D. Tenn. Sep. 17, 2024).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The officer did not unreasonably extend this stop because the driver had no valid DL, and the officer was checking into whether others could drive. State v.
