July 2, 2024).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An out-of-state temporary plate where the state could not be read was justification for a stop even though it all turned out to be legal. \u201cBut \u2018[t]o be reasonable is not to be perfect, and so the Fourth Amendment allows for some mistakes on the part of government officials \u2026.\u2019 Heien v.
