June 14, 2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There was reasonable suspicion to stop defendant in a car, and then probable cause when the police learned that it was stolen. State v. Debose, 2024 La. App. LEXIS 982 (La. App. 4 Cir. June 13, 2024).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBecause the seizure satisfied plain-view doctrine, it did not violate the Fourth Amendment.
