Apr. 24, 2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendant was in possession of the cell phone of another, so he had no standing to complain of its search. State v. Davis, 2024 Del. Super. LEXIS 346 (Apr. 18, 2024).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe Fourth Amendment does not require a traffic stop to be completed within a set time frame. \u2026 [\u00b6] This stop was reasonable in length. This stop comprised several segments\u2014ticket one, the inventory search, ticket two, and the consent search. Gallo pulled Defendant over at 20:08 for driving with a suspended license.
