Wilson, 2024 Haw. App. LEXIS 157 (Mar. 28, 2024).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plaintiff\u2019s car was towed by a towing company. There is no municipal liability here, and the towing company doesn\u2019t qualify as a state actor. Robertson v. Breakthrough Towing, LLC, 2024 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 58533 (E.D. Mich.
