LEXIS 89 (Dec. 8, 2023).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There was sufficient probable cause for a warrant for defendant\u2019s place, and the good faith exception applies in any event. United States v. Johnson, 2023 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 218967 (D. Minn. Oct. 10, 2023),* adopted, 2023 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 218483 (D. Minn.
