Plain view suppressed. Also, Fourth Amendment standing is not jurisdictional, and the state waives it by not asserting it in the trial court. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.courtswv.gov\/supreme-court\/docs\/fall2023\/22-0211-bunn-p.pdf\">State v.
