Nov. 8, 2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The taking of defendant\u2019s statement was already held not coerced, so it can\u2019t be fruit of the poisonous tree on post-conviction. State v. Goodwin, 2023 Tenn. Crim. App. LEXIS 454 (Nov. 7, 2023).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendant\u2019s Franks challenge fails because he doesn\u2019t show that any of the omitted information was material to probable cause. United States v. Thompson, 2023 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 199880 (M.D. Fla. Oct. 4, 2023).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>True the affidavit for warrant didn\u2019t show why the informant was reliable, but this was a controlled buy observed by the officer, and that was probable cause. United States v. Ross, 2023 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 199892 (E.D. Mich.
