Officers can run any LPN number. Nov. 7, 2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carpenter wasn\u2019t the law when 2254 petitioner\u2019s direct appeal was decided, so controlling SCOTUS caselaw wasn\u2019t misapplied.
