Sep. 28, 2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendant&#8217;s hesitation following the officer&#8217;s lawful request to exit the vehicle, combined with the fact that he had a large bulge in his front jacket pocket, presented the officer with reasonable suspicion under the Fourth Amendment that defendant was presently armed and dangerous to justify a frisk.
