Gant<\/a>. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lacoa2.org\/Opinions%20PDF\/46230ka.pdf\">State v. Heard<\/a>, 70 So. 3d 811 (La. App. 2d Cir. 2011).*<\/p>\n<p>Unconditional plea waived all motions denied. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca6.uscourts.gov\/opinions.pdf\/11a0137p-06.pdf\">United States v. Mendez-Santana<\/a>, 645 F.3d 822, 2011 FED App. 0137P (6th Cir. 2011).*<\/p>\n<p>Because defendant argued that his consent was the product of an illegal confession, reversal of the trial court\u2019s suppression order on the confession also worked to reverse the suppression of evidence. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.publications.ojd.state.or.us\/A141129.htm\">State v. Powell<\/a>, 242 Ore.
