The mere fact a vehicle is mobile is all it takes. United States v. Axon, 2023 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 134408 (M.D. Fla. Aug. 2, 2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIn short, this is not a close call. The state warrants provided ample information to support the issuing judge&#8217;s determinations of probable cause.\u201d Same with the federal warrant. Good faith is also evident. United States v. Langston, 2023 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 133854 (D.Conn. Aug. 2, 2023).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendant didn\u2019t pull over soon enough after passing, so the stop was with reasonable suspicion. United States v. Pineda-Guevara, 2023 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 133910 (S.D. Miss. Aug. 2, 2023).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHaving narrowed down the point of seizure, the Court now evaluates whether the officers had reasonable and articulable suspicion for this seizure.
