LEXIS 3956 (2d Dist. July 26, 2023).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not every push or shove by an officer is excessive. Here, plaintiff\u2019s actions were potentially threatening to the officers and he was pushed back down to subdue him. It was not objectively unreasonable. Blake v. Orange Cnty. Sheriff&#8217;s Office, 2023 U.S. App. LEXIS 19104 (11th Cir.
