The further search warrant to search the phone is denied. June 16, 2023):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>The court shares the People&#8217;s and the community&#8217;s concern about gun violence. The court also cannot ignore the Pandora&#8217;s box privacy concern that accompanies permitting the extraction of the near-entirety of a cellular phone&#8217;s data, even when reasonable cause is present.
