Moyer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>A D.C. public housing resident sued the city\u2019s housing authority and D.C. police earlier this month, saying that \u2018disproportionate surveillance\u2019 at her complex is an invasion of privacy.<\/p><p>In 2017, the suit says, the D.C. Housing Authority began installing a security system and modifying video surveillance at the property.
