It is suggested there be a search protocol if possible to limit the officers\u2019 discretion. Despite all those misgivings, this search at least was saved by the good faith exception. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.courts.state.md.us\/data\/opinions\/coa\/2022\/46a21.pdf\">Richardson v. State<\/a>, 2022 Md. LEXIS 343 (Aug. 29, 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to pleading guilty, defendant disclaimed interest in property. In his 2255 he claimed the search was invalid. All this was waived. United States v. Crawford, 2022 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 155513 (D. Mont. Aug. 26, 2022).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plaintiff was lawfully arrested for obstructing an investigation by not giving his name, and his \u00a7 1983 claim fails. <a href=\"https:\/\/media.ca11.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/unpub\/files\/202112290.pdf\">Brienza v. City of Peachtree<\/a>, 2022 U.S. App. LEXIS 24372 (11th Cir. Aug. 30, 2022).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plaintiff parents stated a claim for malicious prosecution over the arrest of their children. <a href=\"https:\/\/media.ca11.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/unpub\/files\/202113797.pdf\">Crider v.
