State<\/a>, 2022 Tex. Crim. App. LEXIS 470 (July 27, 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On his motion for reconsideration, defendant\u2019s Franks challenge still fails. There\u2019s probable cause without the challenged information. \u201cCourts long have recognized that \u2018motions for reconsideration should be granted sparingly and may not be used to rehash arguments which have already been briefed by the parties and decided by the Court.\u2019 \u2026 Here, Defendant continues to argue issues that have been fully briefed and argued extensively. The Court already has decided those issues, and Defendant&#8217;s disagreement with the Court&#8217;s ruling is not a ground for reconsideration.\u201d United States v. Rogers, 2022 U.S. Dist.
