There was no separate reasonable suspicion for the second one. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.supremecourt.ohio.gov\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/5\/2022\/2022-Ohio-2491.pdf\">State v. Barcus<\/a>, 2022-Ohio-2491, 2022 Ohio App. LEXIS 2355 (5th Dist. July 20, 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Police went to defendant\u2019s house on a welfare check on his grandmother who took him in. Inside, the officer saw dried blood on the floor so police got a search warrant. Defendant\u2019s cogent questions and response to the search warrant helped the state to show he wasn\u2019t insane. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iowacourts.gov\/courtcases\/15774\/embed\/CourtAppealsOpinion\">State v.
