July 11, 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here, the driver was slumped over the steering wheel in a McDonald\u2019s parking lot, and the police were called. The fact the DWI impound policy wasn\u2019t exactly followed doesn\u2019t make the decision to impound the car after drugs were found in the inventory unreasonable. United States v.
