LEXIS 66 (June 29, 2022).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendant wasn\u2019t in custody when he talked to police, and there were exigent circumstances for seizure of his cell phone from him. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.opn.ca6.uscourts.gov\/opinions.pdf\/22a0260n-06.pdf\">United States v.
