June 24, 2022).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plaintiff cannot claim an intrusion into private affairs because he took a job knowing he\u2019d be drug tested. <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.ca9.uscourts.gov\/datastore\/memoranda\/2022\/06\/24\/21-55534.pdf\">Espindola v. Wismettac Asian Foods, Inc.<\/a>, 2022 U.S. App. LEXIS 17542 (9th Cir. June 24, 2022).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendant\u2019s investigatory stop was reasonable, and he was not blocked or actually detained.
