Gonzalez<\/a>, 2022 NY Slip Op 22074, 2022 N.Y. Misc. LEXIS 928 (N.Y.Co. Mar. 7, 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendant claimed his jail calls after 48 hours of detention right after arrest should be suppressed. Since the detention itself wasn\u2019t unreasonable, recording the calls was not error. United States v. Anderson, 2022 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 48201 (D.Md. Mar. 17, 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The trial court\u2019s order indefinitely retaining contemnor\u2019s cell phone for allegedly recording in court was unreasonable. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.supremecourt.ohio.gov\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/1\/2022\/2022-Ohio-853.pdf\">In re Gipson<\/a>, 2022-Ohio-853, 2022 Ohio App. LEXIS 774 (1st Dist.
