It was obviously the warrant. The affidavit also showed plenty of probable cause. Boddie v. Morales, 2022 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 29509 (N.D.Ind. Feb. 18, 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe State contends, among other things, that the open-container violations provided probable cause to search the Malibu under the automobile exception. We agree with the State.\u201d The extent of the search for liquor thus extended to a backpack where marijuana was found. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iowacourts.gov\/courtcases\/13849\/embed\/SupremeCourtOpinion\">State v.
