Plaintiff\u2019s own complaint says the prosecutor was given the information off the computer by law enforcement for his prosecution. That states no claim for relief; nothing was unreasonable about that. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.courts.mo.gov\/file.jsp?id=183894\">Ryno v. Hillman<\/a>, 2022 Mo. App. LEXIS 39 (Jan. 27, 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Appellate counsel wasn\u2019t ineffective for not challenging a traffic stop as a part of GPS placement on his vehicle where it was clear the officer making the stop was completely unaware of the GPS. \u201cAccordingly, the court is left with Thomas&#8217;s conclusory challenges to the traffic stop, which alone fall far short of meeting the demanding \u2018deficient performance\u2019 standard applicable to appellate counsel.\u201d Thomas v.
