Briscoe, 2022 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 10586 (D.Md. Jan. 20, 2022).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another person with authority consented to the police entry. United States v. Walking Eagle, 2022 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 9364 (D.S.D. Jan. 12, 2022).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defense counsel wasn\u2019t ineffective for not making a greater challenge of his search claim such that he wouldn\u2019t have pled guilty and then suffer immigration consequences.
