It appeared not to be, and the IP information for a child pornography search warrant came back to that address as a whole. \u201cRegardless of whether the sunroom could be considered a separate \u2018apartment,\u2019 the search warrant satisfied the Fourth Amendment&#8217;s particularity requirement.\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ca2.uscourts.gov\/decisions\/isysquery\/4cb2e66e-8580-478e-ad31-0f8756418586\/10\/doc\/20-1003_so.pdf#xml=https:\/\/www.ca2.uscourts.gov\/decisions\/isysquery\/4cb2e66e-8580-478e-ad31-0f8756418586\/10\/hilite\/\">United States v. Gibeault<\/a>, 2021 U.S. App. LEXIS 36162 (2d Cir. Dec. 8, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There was an objective basis for defendant\u2019s traffic stop. Not only that, there was reasonable suspicion of drugs based on collective knowledge of the officer reporting to the stopping officer. United States v. Vazquez, 2021 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 235683 (S.D.Tex. Dec. 9, 2021).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this child pornography case, the defendant moves to suppress the search of defendant\u2019s iCloud storage off a cell phone search warrant. The government says it will not be using anything from there, so it\u2019s now moot. United States v. Glatz, 2021 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 235909 (E.D.Tenn.
