App. LEXIS 604 (Nov. 2, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Picking apart the affidavit, the court of appeals finds no probable cause at all for a belief that drugs would be found in defendant\u2019s house. State v. Eddings, 2021-NCCOA-590, 2021 N.C. App. LEXIS 596 (Nov. 2, 2021).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendant\u2019s traffic stop was reasonable even if it was pretextual. United States v.
