Oct. 13, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A one month delay between information obtained from a wiretap and a search warrant for defendant\u2019s house was not stale because the drug operation there was ongoing. United States v. Jean, 2021 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 196983 (D.Mass. Oct. 13, 2021).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The officer\u2019s request for consent to search defendant\u2019s car on the highway came while the officer had thus unreasonably extended the stop. No person would feel they could just get in the car and leave and end the encounter. United States v. Meadows, 2021 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 197162 (E.D.Ky.
