Oliver v. United States, 466 U.S. 170, 177 n.7 (1984) (\u2018The Framers would have understood the term &#8216;effects&#8217; to be limited to personal, rather than real, property.\u2019); see also Soldal, 506 U.S. at 62 n.7 (\u2018[T]he [Fourth] Amendment does not protect possessory interests in all kinds of property.\u2019). Therefore, as applied to F.P., Canton&#8217;s Tree Ordinance is not subject to the limitations of the Fourth Amendment.\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.opn.ca6.uscourts.gov\/opinions.pdf\/21a0240p-06.pdf\">F.P.
