Oct. 8, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The officer was drawn to encounter defendant because of a CI\u2019s report, but he found the vehicle illegally parked in a handicapped spot. Then he saw a gun in plain view and ordered defendant out of the car away from the gun. All this was reasonable. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.opn.ca6.uscourts.gov\/opinions.pdf\/21a0238p-06.pdf\">United States v. Prigmore<\/a>, 2021 U.S. App. LEXIS 30367 (6th Cir.
