This violated neither the Fourth or Sixth Amendment under Dionisio. The scar linked him to an alleged child pornography photograph he is alleged to have taken. United States v. Duggar, 2021 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 197305 (W.D.Ark. Oct. 13, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The officer acted reasonably in stopping this defendant because of a cracked windshield. It later appeared that the cracked windshield didn\u2019t block the driver\u2019s view. Still the stop was reasonable and was reasonably extended. <a href=\"http:\/\/media.ca8.uscourts.gov\/opndir\/21\/10\/201241P.pdf\">United States v. Foster<\/a>, 2021 U.S. App. LEXIS 30346 (8th Cir.
