LEXIS 185083 (S.D.Ohio Sept. 28, 2021).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Phone intercepts gave police probable cause to believe defendant\u2019s car contained weapons for committing a home invasion. United States v. Sept. 28, 2021).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendant seeks to challenge by mandamus the district court\u2019s denial of his motion to suppress a second DNA test after a first one from an arrest years earlier where that case was dismissed.
