City of Van Buren<\/a>, 2021 Ark. App. 357, 2021 Ark. App. LEXIS 370 (Sept. 22, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A dog sniff of a car during a routine traffic stop was unreasonable without independent justification. <a href=\"https:\/\/cdm17027.contentdm.oclc.org\/digital\/collection\/p17027coll5\/id\/29784\/rec\/1\">State v. Allen<\/a>, 314 Or. App. 735, 2021 Ore. App. LEXIS 1282 (Sept. 22, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plaintiff alleges his cell phone was searched by campus police without a warrant, but he can\u2019t name who did it. Dismissal reversed, and plaintiff gets to discovery to identify who did it. <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.ca9.uscourts.gov\/datastore\/memoranda\/2021\/09\/21\/20-16373.pdf\">Flores v.
