July 15, 2021).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While the complaint is normally viewed for sufficiency, here it was contradicted by the video of the occurrence as in Scott. The officers acted reasonably and without excessive force. <a href=\"https:\/\/search.txcourts.gov\/SearchMedia.aspx?MediaVersionID=04fc7c1b-ea2f-47f6-b578-f8559b26cd89&amp;MediaID=84c05a10-c5cd-45cd-ab89-8bd8c65064c2&amp;coa=%22%20+%20this.CurrentWebState.CurrentCourt%20+%20@%22&amp;DT=Opinion\">Klassen v. Gaines County<\/a>, 2021 Tex. App. LEXIS 5631 (Tex. App. \u2013 Eastland July 15, 2021).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assuming a separate Fourth Amendment violation from email production in discovery to codefendants, it was reasonably believed to be consensual, so there\u2019s no deterrence in suppressing. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ca2.uscourts.gov\/decisions\/isysquery\/20181349-c0c9-46d6-b288-0f52333d957e\/3\/doc\/19-1645_opn.pdf#xml=https:\/\/www.ca2.uscourts.gov\/decisions\/isysquery\/20181349-c0c9-46d6-b288-0f52333d957e\/3\/hilite\/\">United States v.
