June 16, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The officer\u2019s initial observations of a host of factors of reasonable suspicion justified prolonging the stop. United States v. St. Patrick, 2021 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 113339 (M.D. Pa.
