If the entry into the hotel room is unreasonable, the seizure of the laptop would be, too. <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.ca9.uscourts.gov\/datastore\/memoranda\/2021\/05\/26\/19-50231.pdf\">United States v. Polequaptewa<\/a>, 2021 U.S. App. LEXIS 15742 (9th Cir. May 26, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBeginning with preservation, defendant has always maintained that she was unlawfully seized. We agree with the state, however, that the particular claim of error that she raises on appeal\u2014that the police unlawfully expanded the scope of the traffic stop, even if they did not unlawfully extend its duration\u2014is unpreserved.\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/cdm17027.contentdm.oclc.org\/digital\/search\/collection\/p17027coll3%21p17027coll5%21p17027coll6\/searchterm\/A170565\/field\/all\/mode\/all\/conn\/all\/order\/date\/ad\/desc\">State v. McIntyre<\/a>, 311 Ore. App. 726, 2021 Ore. App. LEXIS 704 (May 26, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When police raided defendant\u2019s house, they asked who resided in what room. The answer was not \u201cpedigree information.\u201d That link to child pornography on a computer in the room is suppressed. <a href=\"http:\/\/nycourts.gov\/reporter\/3dseries\/2021\/2021_03337.htm\">People v.
