Saterstad<\/a>, 2021 U.S. App. LEXIS 8578 (9th Cir. Mar. 24, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Connecticut has previously held that Carpenter is retroactive to cases where the issue was raised before finality. In this case, however, the issue wasn\u2019t preserved in part because Carpenter was decided after the opening brief was in.
