Whether the policy is or is not in writing should not itself be dispositive of the constitutional question.\u201d The state did not argue suppression was not an appropriate remedy in the trial court, so that\u2019s waived for appeal. <a href=\"http:\/\/publicdocs.courts.mi.gov\/OPINIONS\/FINAL\/COA\/20210318_C352786_43_352786.OPN.PDF\">People v. Swenor<\/a>, 2021 Mich. App. LEXIS 1822 (Mar. 18, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Successive post-conviction petition over defendant\u2019s search claim was known all along and couldn\u2019t now be brought because the issue isn\u2019t newly discovered. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supremecourt.ohio.gov\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/10\/2021\/2021-Ohio-836.pdf\">State v. Vinson<\/a>, 2021-Ohio-836, 2021 Ohio App. LEXIS 822 (10th Dist. Mar. 18, 2021).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendant\u2019s 2254 Fourth Amendment ineffective assistance of counsel claim is denied. The state court\u2019s resolution of his claims was not contrary to clearly established law. Carley v. Neven, 2021 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 51088 (D. Nev.
