Mar. 16, 2021) (citing Treatise; &#8220;Hot pursuit is the oldest recognized justification for a warrantless entry to search for and arrest a suspect.&#8221;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendant\u2019s Franks challenge via a 2255 ineffective assistance of counsel claim lacked merit.
