Feb. 25, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The plaintiff estate\u2019s claim survives a motion to dismiss that on the disputed facts, the park ranger\u2019s shooting of decedent was unreasonable under clearly established law, therefore no qualified immunity.
